Operation Strategy Analysis and Configuration Optimization of Solar CCHP System

This paper proposed a new type of combined cooling heating and power (CCHP) system, including the parabolic trough solar thermal (PTST) generation gas turbine generation. The energy storage subsystem in PTST unit provides both electrical energy. Based on life cycle method, configuration optimization under eight operation strategies is studied with economy, energy, environment indicators. include FEL, FEL-EC, FEL-TES, FEL-TES&EC, FTL, FTL-EC, FTL-TES, FTL-TES&EC. feasibility each strategy verified by taking residential building cluster as an example. indicators optimal are compared that separate production (SP) system. results showed PTST-CCHP system improves performance changing ratio electric FEL-TES&EC superior to those FTL-TES&EC summer, just opposite winter. initial annual investment higher than SP but its economic better increase life-cycle.
